INGLESIDE ISD CREATES EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION PROGRAM
Ingleside, TX—September 13, 2022— At Ingleside ISD, our motto is to 'Come be a part of the family!'. In a world that has had many uncertainties over the last few years, one thing has remained the same; at Ingleside ISD, our family matters. The District is pleased to announce the creation of an employee recognition program, the Family Matters Award.
This award is designed to recognize IISD employees (Auxiliary, Paraprofessional, Professional, or Administrative) each month who are demonstrative of going above and beyond their normal job responsibilities to help a student, parent, volunteer, community member, or a fellow employee. Nominations can be submitted by students, parents, staff members, and community members.
If you witness an employee who has actions or qualities that are worthy of celebrating, we encourage you to tell their story and help us recognize them. The nomination form is located in the 'About Us' section, accessed from the Menu on the district homepage at www.inglesideisd.org. Or, you can access the nomination form directly by clicking here. Nomination forms can be submitted throughout the school year and are reviewed monthly.
Award recipients will receive recognition at the monthly School Board Meeting, on district social media platforms, and on the district website.
Submit your nomination today and help us begin recognizing our employees by telling the amazing stories of the work they're doing! What's even better? If you have a picture or video of them 'caught in the act' of going above & beyond, you can include that in your nomination. The first award recipient will be recognized during the October 2022 School Board Meeting.
